Great central location but on a very busy street (which didn’t bother us at all and we didn’t hear much noise at night, but depending on where the room is, the noise could be a factor). Fun, cool vibe with an active lobby area. We really enjoyed our stay, but probably best for young and adventurous travelers.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, despite a few negative points. The Expedia listing states that laundry facilities are available, but this was not the case. We had specifically chosen this hotel for that reason. Fortunately, we were able to find a public laundromat about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very well insulated from outside noise, and we could not hear any street noise. However, the soundproofing between rooms and common areas is not as good. Some guests were very loud when returning to the hotel in the middle of the night. There were also renovations that started early in the morning. We slept with earplugs, and it was still manageable. The room itself was very beautiful. However, the toilet and shower offer very little privacy. The breakfast buffet, available for an additional fee, was excellent. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, with the above points in mind.

Property was beautiful and centrally located. A bit hard to find but a local shop owner quickly saw we were lost and helped us out! Was a bit surprised to find there was no elevator in the building but staff helped with our bags and advised they are installing an elevator this year. Would definitely go back!!

The hotel and staff were very attentive, however the room was the smallest we encountered on our trip - I wouldn't recommend this for travelers with children - bath and shower are in the same room as bed-there's no separation. It was a 5 story walk up - not in the description and no help with luggage from staff. With three flights per story, we had to walk 15 flights of stairs every time we went in or out of our room - carrying the luggage was the worst. Good news, it will get you in shape for walking around Lisbon. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew. Also, the stay was quite loud

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to most of the interesting points. One bonus is that there's a food court named Time Out Market with limitless options of cuisine to choose from. Love that place and it's only few minutes walk away from the hotel.

Location is amazing, room is comfortable. Excellent shower and bed. Very good breakfast buffet. The only issue are the stairs. Our room was on the 5th floor, so it was hard to get our bags upstairs. But I would definitely stay again.
