"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is decent except the chairs are not good for fully tanning, but otherwise comfortable. The Panera Bread is conveniently located as a place to eat and ther are. A lot of stores in walking distance. The sports arena road and area can be kinda dicey, but they do a good job of keeping the property family friendly. The elevators and A/Cs need updating."

The room was very basic and lacked the quality and comfort I would expect for the amount charged. One of the biggest issues was the room's curtains, which barely covered the windows. "The staff really are the hidden gems of this modest hotel. They adjust breakfast hours, hold mail, and will do anything to make your stay better. The hotel is old, there are flies if you leave your window open, and the cable is iffy. But the staff gets five stars."

"It’s a room, If your just going to sleep, it was alright not Hilton or Sheraton for sure even motel 6 is good compared to this but it was a last minute and needed somewhere cheap to stay it’s cool for the price you pay but you shouldn’t pay anything more then 50 bucks a night I’m just saying."

"The grounds are beautiful. Well maintained. There were multiple events outside on the lawn. Breakfast at Greenfinch (?) was good and filling. The wait staff were attentive. The day we were at the pool, the cafe was closed. If you go to the pool, go early. If you wait, there may not be any chairs. We had to rent a cabana. Definitely not worth the money.
