Parking expenses and the system was not working. Rooms were average condition. The hot water to take shower was not easy to use. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this place at all."

"This hotel is lovely! It has someone outside always ready to greet you, which is really a nice touch. The room was nice, no coffee or tea in the room, but free tea and coffee downstairs until 10:30am. Location is amazing, it is two blocks from Fishermans’s Wharf, so you can easily walk to all the action. There were fireplaces all around, and they had an outdoor patio where we cooked s’mores on the fire on sat night. (The hotel provided the s’mores kits). That was a fun thing to do. Only thing I...

"Even with the heater being repaired, the outdoor pool was still refreshing. While microwaves are not standard in the room, they are available upon request."
