Beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. The housekeeping was outstanding - the room was immaculate every day. Rest of the staff was exceptional - very quick to offer assistance. Location was very good depending on what you’re in town for, but it was close to restaurants and shopping (like Union Square). We didn’t use the restaurant or bar at the hotel but they looked great. Outstanding hotel all around!

Very well maintained and staffed. Very helpful front desk. Did not try the restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by excellent restaurants. Overall outstanding service. The management is definitely paying attention to the details.

Great staff and great valet service. Lucky to have got a parking package for the weekend. Staff was very helpful and kind. They called when they noticed a door was not working properly and offered to move us to a different room. They are very invested in making sure their guests are happy and having an enjoyable stay. Which adds to the whole experience. The bar Monte’s attached to the hotel has great food and the hotel is in a great area close to many food spots. Walking distance to the pier which also contains amazing views and loads of fun stuff to do. Great hotel.

Relaxing stay at a very conveniently located hotel. Staff and services were excellent. The hotel let us check out late for a small fee- it helped us with the rest of the day's plans. Would definitely stay there again.

I went with my little siblings for pokemon worlds and this was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The costumer service was absolutely amazing. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted and helped us with our luggage. Check in was amazing and they even gave my little siblings pokemkom cards. Everything we went past the main lobby we were greeted and given free water bottles. After a long day in town we came back and was greeted with complimentary freshly baked cookies. The hotel was clean and very nice. Next time I’m in SF I will definitely be returning.
