☺️Comfort and leisure and nice hospitality staff and great breakfast spread. 😔The sound insulation in the room is poor kept hearing some thumping sound made from outside corridor. It was continuously going on throughout the night disturbing our sleep as well.

This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends.

Beautiful new property in Desaru. Villas are mind blowing and truly move the game to the highest level in the luxury hotel segment in Malaysia. Hotel main pool is amazing, as are the lawns and landscaping. Wonderful staff, food and service in the middle of a rainforest-like setting. Fantastic location and comfortable stay! The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it’s right next to Komtar JBCC and City Square, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, especially after crossing CIQ. The room was spotless, modern, and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. Nice to stay

It is conveniently located above the Mid Valley Southkey. We travelled with a toddler and the experience was excellent.
