"The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was really good. Smaller selection but quality. One downside was the pool was in full sun until around 2pm and the chairs with shade get taken early and people save them all day even if they are not using them. Though this is not the fault of the hotel we found it hard to get time out of the sun to relax around the pool."

"Absolutely no complaints about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Seminyak. The rooms are clean and updated. All the staff from reception, to bar, pool staff and even security were amazing and so caring. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable as well. What i loved is that every day there were activities from pool bingo, to golf etc even something for the children. Cant wait to go back"

"The hotel is right on the airport grounds. That is a nice feature, but it does mean that if you leave the hotel, you need to pay the parking/entrance fee. You can easily go to the airport for food, etc. and return to hotel. Pool is nice. I'd stay here again. "

"The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety along with cooked to order eggs, very tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Everything is great except for inability of the hotel to answer my messages through the Expedia site. I messaged the property 2 months ahead about us needing the airport shuttle but we never got an answer from the hotel. Expedia customer service called the hotel for us and still we did not get an answer. Fortunately we saw the hotel's shuttle sign as we exited the airport and got it from there. FYI: the hotel is within walking distance from the airport and the shuttle is not free. But with a flight arriving late at night, the shuttle is convenient."

"The property location and staff was excellent. The only concern we experienced was the use of laundry service which did not work as expected. Continues issue with washer and dryer let us loose few hours to get it done. The hotel staff did help with broken machines but the amount of time spent to get laundry done was over 4 hours. The food quality was excellent too. The staff in breakfast area was excellent and loved the reception and respect they displayed during all days stay at the hotel."
