"The concierge was the best part. Very friendly upon arrival and checkout. I was *upgraded* to a suit on the second floor, which didn’t feel like an upgrade because the busy and loud street was just outside. It wasn’t terrible enough for me to complain so I didn’t but I also didn’t want to seem like an entitled American. I understand it’s a city but that, to me, was a downgrade, even if the space was slightly larger. "

"The Plaka Hotel is right in the middle of all the hot spots north of the Acropolis. There is tons of ruins to see, museums, and restaurants. The area is even active after night, so you will hear music but it dies down after about 11 pm. The rooms are fairly small and you can hear your neighbors easily. Just a typical small European hotel in the heart of the Plaka district of Athens. I enjoyed my stay. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. They have friendly, welcoming and professional staff. The room I stayed at was clean, quiet, spacious, lovely decor and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of The Acropolis and city view. Location of the hotel is easy access from and to the airport and nearly public transport. It is nearby most of the attractions and point of interest. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel! Amazing views. Spacious rooms and extra spacious balconies! Couldn’t be happier with this choice. The shower had a door leading to the patio which made romantic showers and views extra special. The neighbouring hotel had music blaring until around midnight which we thoroughly enjoyed. We ended up having a little party on our balcony instead of going out. Loved it. Huge mini fridge, comfy bed, amazing robes and slippers!
