"Lovely clean rooms lovely bar area nice staff. Reported noises neighbours three times staff went to tell them but continue all night no sleep . Next day went to a wedding came back to hotel got woke up to a fie alarm no sleep again then 3rd night fire alarm went of twice so came home very tired"

The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )"

"The club room was of good size, clean and well equipped with tea, coffee etc Comfortable stay. Needed a good base to visit my daughter Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming and I felt looked after Housekeeping were also excellent, as I didn't need a full room service but clean towels and essentials were replenished without any fuss. "Room was great. Booking in was awful. All young staff, no management visible. Absolutely awful. Expected a bit of noise from pub. But sounded like being above a club. Drum and base beyond 12 midnight. Tea and coffee minimal. Wouldn’t consider staying again. Cleaner in the morning, absolutely delightful. Best member of staff for sure!"

"This hotel was the first stop we made when traveling from Canada. Unfortunately we only booked for one night however it was worth it! It was great to Uber from the airport and just spend our first evening in. We checked in, ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the hydrotherapy amenities of the hotel. I booked this hotel specifically for the hydrotherapy knowing that after a long day's worth of travel it would be a great way to start our vacation. The only thing was we were not given...

"It was a cosy cabin with everything we wanted, views of woodland on the other side across the path was the canal, plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from in Marsden."

"Room was clean, no visible parking and noone to ask when returning with the car at 11.30pm. Took 20minutes to check in because the boss wasnt around and he wanted cash until I refused to go to a cash machine. Felt sorry for the lady as it wasnr her fault, just lazy boss. "

"What a gem of a place! Beautiful original pub building. Bedroom was spacious and clean. We had a room with a double and a single bed. The double was a bit too hard for us, but the room has everything you need, so can't complain. Breakfast was really impressive and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we've found a gem and will definitely use again when we've got a gig in Manchester."
