"Perfect location for us to get to coop arena, easy to drive too off the motorway. Rooms big, comfy bed & great shower... staff really friendly & breakfast gave a lot of choice... Good value for money & would be more than happy to stay again."

"When checking in, I was told I had been allocated a room in the adjoining building, which as someone who had just had spinal surgery, the extra walking didn’t suit me at all. After they found me a room in the main building, I discovered it had an extra 2 beds in it, which left not a lot of room space. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and I had to go down to the bar to get a coffee to take back to my room. Not good ! Bed was comfortable enough and tv worked. Best thing if the stay was the shower, it was outstanding. Don’t think I would stay there again 🤔"

"Room lovely- first time I’ve been away and not missed my own bed. Breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only concern was while sat in the bar area a woman was training staff (Middle aged woman with a german(?) accent) and started berating a staff member loudly in front of customers in the bar/ queuing for check-in - this was very unprofessional- and the staff member she was berating was a lovely, helpful lad."

"This is our 2nd time at this hotel & this time we asked for a room on the top floor as the lower floor twin rooms have a view of the pool /gym metal roof . Im pleased to say the room was newly decorated and was beautiful with a really good view . Parking is charged at £5 which is a shame its not included. breakfast is £12.50 if booked in advance but we ate at the pub next door £7.99 Ive tried both places for breakfast and can confirm that the hotel one is better despite being more expensive."
