"Great kid friendly resort - pools, amenities, shows and activities. Downside is the beach - very narrow and not clean - as well as the food at both the buffet and the specialty restaurants. "

"Clean room, clean amenities for the most part except in the bathrooms down by the pool puke on the inside door and flooding one day. Staff were friendly, food was okay, gluten free offerings minimal, airport shuttle very easy and prompt. I booked the shuttle separate and not through Expedia. Beaches were terrible, tons of seaweed and really couldn’t go in the water. Overall an okay property but won’t return. The resort was over run by raccoons. "

"Had a truly memorable and unforgettable time at the resort. The property is beautiful with lots of cute animals, the food every day is excellent, and the service is simply wonderful. Our butlers, Norma & Cath, attended to everything that we needed quickly, and Francisco treated us every night with special, delicious dishes. We felt like princesses at the hotel! Would totally recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, peaceful getaway."

"We were really looking forward to another stay at Sensira, after a great time last year. The resort is clean and the staff is great, and the amenities remained pretty much the same. While Sensira advertises itself as a family resort, instead this year they hosted 2 separate Texas private school graduation trips during our 7 night stay - there were hundreds of entitled kids treating it as their private resort, crowding the facilities and having late night parties (including resort hosted white parties that went until 11pm with loud music and screaming) and loud music from balconies. My suggesting to resort management is to host these sorts of parties on off-peak weeks (i.e., not during spring break) or require them to rent out the entire resort. We and the few other families with young kids did not enjoy those days."

"Stayed 4 night, and only got room cleaning on the first night, and have to request multiple times for the rest of the stay and in total got 1 room cleaning for the rest 3 nights. Breakfast apparently serves left over food from last night dinner, and some lunch is from the same day breakfast, ... Restaruant Sunan is not good with the Mexican twisted Asian food. Other than this, still a good option. "

"This place is awesome!! The only downside is that you have to pay for the spa, and the souvenirs and merchants that come onto the resort are extremely overpriced. Also beware of excursions! We booked with the people on the resort, and as we were about to get on our bus to leave the resort, they told us it was cancelled and they will only issue 80% of your refund back to you."
