"Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here."

"Check-in was easy, and everything was close to the location. I would recommend this place to others; it's safe and very clean. The beds are a bit hard, so if that bothers you, then I would say no to this place; other than that, everything is perfect"

"Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request."

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."

"Me sorprendió ver comentarios positivos respecto al servicio y atención al cliente puesto que la gran mayoría ni los buenos día daban, una actitud hostil y de mucha pereza por parte del personal al tratar a los huéspedes, a menos de que fueran extranjeros, la limpieza de la habitación por los suelos, muy sucia la mucama solo tendía camas, más no barría ni trapeaba, no había meseros, nos tocó temporada de lluvia y al resguardarnos en el café Aromas pusieron sillas para delimitar un área un mesero...

"Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour."

"A teníamos cucarachas en la habitacion en el pasillo de las habitaciones, bastante sucio y deprimente, el suelo de los pasillos están mal, 3 era planta sin ascensor (que eso no nos importa) pero para alguien puede ser importante. Los muebles están de más de 50 años. No me parece un hotel que las fotos se parezcan al estado actual."

"Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months."
