"The location is NOT where the map says it is not next to La Sirena restaurant. Rather it is near the corner of ave rafael and cozumel street so keep that in mind when booking. We were unable to reach anyone at the hotel when we were trying to check in so we could figure out where this place is actually located. Thankfully a local did know where this place was… other than that is a nice place with great rooftop views. "

"This was a disappointing experience and I would not stay here again. To begin with, I arranged the airport transfer with the hotel, and was told it could be paid with a credit card, but when I was picked up, the driver did not have any capability to take a credit card and required cash. The room was in significantly worse condition than shown in photos, with all of the furniture chipped and beat up. The safe did not work, the beds only had a single sheet to cover yourself with (no blanket or anything). The shower could at best be described as a lukewarm trickle. The beach club was comfortable and in a nice location, but service was extremely slow. I did not have the time to check out the pool. The employees were friendly, and I appreciated that I was able to check in early when I arrived. However, the rooms are in poor condition and uncomfortable. This is a good location but the hotel would need to be significantly updated for me to want to return."

"Clean, April was excellent, kitchen was good but if I was going to stay for months barbecue by the pool would be nice. Very good location."

"Hotel is like new condition in great area. Pool on roof and view is great as well. Only drawback is the restaurant up there has a rule no beverage from outside allowed. So you can’t sit by the pool with a cold beer Without purchasing from them. Also the bands on the street are a bit loud until 11 ish. Great bakery/coffee shop right across street. "

"The main issue we had was that there was no mirror over the sink so it was difficult to get ready. The sink was far from the mirror. Also no hot water at the sink. Otherwise the room was really unique and beautiful."
