Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here."

However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility."

"Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. "

"We stayed a week, 2 rooms a family of 6, kids ranging in age from 14-20. The entertainment staff is great. They try to engage the crowd at the pool . The night entertainment was good too with the shows offered nightly . the reservation system is awful. Reservations are only made same day, the food wasn’t great. We only liked the hibachi restaurant. Same food offered every day at the buffet. The grounds are kept clean but we prefer an all inclusive with more nightlife and a variety of food. We...

"Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

"A teníamos cucarachas en la habitacion en el pasillo de las habitaciones, bastante sucio y deprimente, el suelo de los pasillos están mal, 3 era planta sin ascensor (que eso no nos importa) pero para alguien puede ser importante. Los muebles están de más de 50 años. No me parece un hotel que las fotos se parezcan al estado actual."
