"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors.
