"The staff were very polite and friendly. The room and the property were very clean. The butler service could've been better. The food at the restaurants was an overall 7/10. This resort is more so for disconnecting and relaxing. Perfect place for couples or a solo traveler."

"The staff here was incredible! Antonio and Luis at The Beach House really helped to make the trip incredibly enjoyable. My wife and I went to the smoothie bar every day, which was such a nice touch to this resort. Rita’s taco house is no joke! I did not receive the gentleman’s name, but he worked the 5 o’clock bar from 7-3 each day. He was such a pleasure to speak with! Such a great experience. Next time we come back, we will for sure stay again."

"Not what I’m used to seeing at a Dreams resort. Restaurant were limited, most of them were closed. Buffet was not open for dinner, which made things very challenging with two kids under 5 years old. Service at the pool was not great, had a hard time finding someone to order a drink. Room service was great. Rooms need some updating especially the furniture. Coach in the room was very dirty. "We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. "Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!"
