"The check-in process was not excellent. We arrived at 4:30PM and our room was not ready. We had to wait for the staff to find an available room, which was not our first choice. However, later the hotel offered to move us to another room, which we did not make because it was inconvenient. The manager improved our stay by giving us free breakfast which was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, museums and shopping. We would return"

Hotel is located in a great location Each floor has a different theme for music genres. All the staff are wonderful and helpful The shower even has speakers in it This place was a complete vibe🙌🙌🙌"
