They were first class - kind friendly hard working and personable. Hard to ever anywhere in the world where the staff were this attentive. A credit to the hotel and their management team. "

Por ponerle alguna pega esta vez he tenido problems con los ascensores varias veces. Muy pesada la espera para subir y bajar, ascensor estropeado varias veces"

"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location on waterfront and short walking to all good food and drink spots in Puerto de la Cruz. Staff very helpful and nice. Roof top is great. Spa is okay but a bit basic. Only annoying thing you have to specify a double bed when booking which isn't obvious, otherwise they give you two singles"
