"We had an amazing stay. Apartment had no AC but we were able to rent a portable one at the reception. The kids enjoyed the splash pool and the shows in the evenings. Entertainment crew did a great job, i really enjoyed zumba in the pool. It was also impressing to see how passionate the lady lifeguard is in her job. "We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! "

"This is a really amazing five-star in a stunning location, right by a beach but completely private. Loved lounging on the lawn looking over the sea. My only one issue is that they claim to be a Hotels.com VIP property, but they did not recognise my VIP status at first. Claudia, the guest relations manager handled it very well (thanks again) and resolved the issue with the complimentary upgrade I was entitled to, given there was room availability one category up. She did not seem to be aware...
