Very friendly staff from reception to the waiters on the roof top bar. We had a short 3 night stay and the hotel was perfectly located for bars, cafes and good restaurants. I can definitely recommend it to any one looking for a city break in Tenerife. Also visit the Tenerife Auditorio….. a fantastic modern iconic building.

Great front desk staff

Excellent front desk staff. This hotel is lucky to have these people working for them. Hotel is in a great location, steps away from tons of restaurant and shops, When/if I go back to Santa Cruz, I will stay here. Also, rooms are equipped with wireless charging stations for cell phones

Stopped in for an overnight on a cycling tour and immediately decided on staying an extra day. The staff is AMAZING! Great service. The room is very comfortable. No extra charges for things like minibar items. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within easy walk. We will be back 😊

Great service and location

The hotel staff were excellent. They helped us with an early check in and checked in on our stay to ensure everything was okay. Loved the roof top terrace area with pool, great vibe for drinks. Wish it was open later. The location is very central with access to everything. Very comfortable hotel rooms and kettle provided (no milk so buy some) and water and soft drinks in the mini fridge. We had a balcony but it doesn’t have furniture, I would upgrade to the loft If budget allows it and you want to use the balcony .

The hotel is ideal for the tech savvy traveller but not so good if you don't have a smart phone. Information can only be accessed by QR codes! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the facilities are very good overall. This was our third hotel on our journey around the islands and compared with the other two hotels the staff was less friendly, they were very efficient, just rather business-like. The breakfast was also rather disappointing and not worth €15. Overall, a good place to stay, close to many restaurants and places to visit.

Beautiful property in the center of town close to park and waterfront as well as shopping district. Staff were excellent from front desk, rooms, dining area with wonderful breakfast daily. The dinner restaurant was also excellent and the staff superb. Our rooms, adjoining, were newly appointed and beautifully modern and quiet. The roof top pool, albeit small, is spectacular, hanging out over the city. Lovely roof top bar area is very pleasant as well. I was very happy with overall experience as I selected the hotel and recommended it to multiple members of my family traveling together. From what I know, everyone enjoyed the hotel/location experience. Would certainly stay again.

Modern, central location and very good facilities

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious, clean and modern. It has usb chargers, chromecast and enough plug sockets. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was very convenient and can see views across Tenerife. Considering it was a very central location, noise was almost non existent, windows were clearly new and soundproofing installed very well. Showers were hot, quick and powerful. Shops, bars, transport links are on the door step with a nice park across the road. We paid for breakfast on our last day before our flight and it was plentiful, of good quality and standard. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we ever revisit Tenerife.

Great rooms, ok service with weird hours

Great rooftop paddling (not swimming) pool. Small but well equipped gym. Strange room service hours (not 24 hr). Hard to find parking further up the street (not on-site) made worse by unfriendly reception staff. Roof access limited to certain hours. Quiet comfortable rooms with great showers and large beds.

The hotel is located in the city center of Santa Cruz.There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is big enough and really clean. The bed and the pillows were extreamly comfortable.The TV is very modern and it was really great, that i could watch some different channels, not only on spanish. I had a balcony, but unfortunately couldnt use it, because there was no furniture. It will be nice to have a little chair and a table there. Also it was very loud otside. The breakfast was amasing and there was everything that you need. The big orange mashine was lovely, there were also smoothies, different kinds of fruits, bread, cereals, everything very fresh and delicious. On the roof top there is a lovely bar, where you can have a drink with a view. A have to mention ,that the outdoor pool is not really a pool where you can swimm. It is just a little area full with water and a higlight there ,that brings a fancy atmosphere, but thats it. I dont think that someone will ever go there to swimm. So you have to know this, before you pick up your bathing suit. Otherwise i found the hotel really great and my stay was really pleasant. I recommend it definitely.

We did a different Tene trip this time though we stayed only one week. The first three nights we stayed in Santa Cruz and it was a welcoming surprise. Excellent service and kindness of the staff, moved us to 7th floor to experience the good view over the park. Just around the corner, you find good selection of restaurants mostly occupied by locals. One street further, full of shops.
