"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Excellent"

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

"Really helpful staff, lovely heated pools and excellent locations. Rooms great and spacious. Very clean."

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."

"The hotel is what I would call old world charm it's not a swanky new hotel but the position on the beach is amazing, all the staff are so helpful and friendly and they keep the hotel spotless. Good choice of food and food is good. Yes the hotel could do with a bit of an update but we loved it all the same. Will definitely be going back"

"Amazing hotel - facilities are superb, with an excellent choice of restaurants."

"Fabulous staff"

"Hotel bien situé. Chambre propre et confortable. Buffets variés meme si ce n'est pas de la grande cuisine. La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner est tres agréable."

"Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...

"This was our 7th visit to this hotel which speaks for itself. However, we have really noticed a decline in the quality of the food, so much so, that in future we would only opt to stay bed & breakfast. The spa is poor and in desperate need of refurbishment,"

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

"I spoke to reception about 'hot' breaskfast items being cold when I stayed earlier this year, so it was disappointing to return to find this feedback was not taken on board."
