"An excellent place to stay with the family. We had a car rented which aided access to areas outside the immediate area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself served a good baseline of food for a family of four with different tastes. The pools and access to the beach are great. The most minor of things could have improved the hotel; water in rooms and better coffee at breakfast (the coffee in snap bars for the rest of the day is excellent). As I said, minor improvements. Would stay here again. "

"Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Meerblick und tollen Räumlichkeiten. Große Speisenauswahl und ganztägige Versorgung. Tolle Kinderbetreuung und teils sehr sehenswerte Shows. Gute Betten. Leider ein paar Wermutstropfen: 1. Insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten, muss man viel Zeit für das Fahrstuhlfahren investieren. Gerade wenn man sein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Kindern hat. Das Leben des Hotels spielt sich im. 8. und 9. Stock ab. 2. Der Strand ist hotelseitig für die meisten wohl nur mit dem Hotelbus zu...

"Always able to get a sunbed. The hotel is so convenient for the coastal walk into Amadores. We were half board and enjoyed the food. Lots of variety each night. "

"Excellent stay, we had a preferred club swim up pool room, it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed bed & breakfast which was also good with plenty of choice. Just a couple of niggles, there is no waiter service around the pools and the gates to get in and out of the hotel from the promenade were temperamental. Good location on the seafront, easy walking distance to either the Rubicon area or Playa Blanca centre. We will definitely return soon."

"All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. It's a large hotel with plenty of facilities and entertainment. No shortage of seating at the buffet restaurant for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable with a useful mini fridge. Nice balcony area in each room. Sound proofing could have been better, light could be seen coming in around the door edges so sound also got in easily which meant that you could hear other guests passing in the corridor. "This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. "

"All'arrivo alle ore 14.10 la stanza non è disponibile (check in dalle ore 15) e piattaforma Iberostar fuori uso. La reception parla solo spagnolo (faccio domande in inglese e le risposte sono tutte in spagnolo), inaccettabile in un 5 stelle. Impossibilitati a fare il check in andiamo in spiaggia e torniamo alle 19.20. Piattaforma check in ancora fuori uso. In tutto questo vedo dei bicchieri con cui di solito i 5 stelle usano come welcome drink, che nonostante il disagio nessuno ci offre....
