"Tanto el personal, como el alojamiento, las instalaciones, la comida del buffet, ha superado nuestras expectativas. En general ha sido una estancia inmejorable, rodeados de los mejores profesionales tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. "The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. This doesn't take it away that the hotel...
