"Location and parking was easily accessible. I LOVED our room. It was very beautifully curated and clean. We stayed in a King Suite, which was very spacious. While I slept great and enjoyed the gardens outdoors, our room did not have hot water. We contacted the front desk and they quickly addressed the issue. Unfortunately, by the next morning, the hot water was out again. We stayed two nights, so I did not reach out again on the second day. I would love to stay here again, but not big on cold...
