"Had to have a Heart procedure at Adventist St Helena Hospital and this hotel was very accessible for my 78-year-old wife to travel to and from hospital. Only nine minutes from hospital and was centrally located close to multiple food establishments and grocery store. Hotel staff was very nice, and rooms were clean and quiet. Retro style hotel with modern upgrades. Wiil stay there again for pleasure. Decent room pricing considering most hotels within a 10-mile radius cost 2 to 5 times as much...

"Nice place. Asked the office for an iron and an ironing board so I could iron my dress shirt, but they only had an iron (no ironing board), so I had to figure out how to iron my shirt without producing more wrinkles. Also, I expected there would be shampoo in the room but there wasn't. "

"Where to begin? There were pubic hairs on the sheets. There was hair in the shower drain. The pillowcases, towels and bathmat were all dirty. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were drug deals in the parking lot. The night shift employee was incompetent and marked one of our rooms as a no show but gave us keys. "Unusually spacious with full sized fridge. Super clean, quiet and safe. Friendly staff (proprietor?) at checkin. Plenty of towels, good beds, parking by room door. "

"We checked in late, the property still accommodated us. We hoped to be able to check out later at noon, CSR wanted to charge an extra $25. We don't agree that was applicable. We had to wait for our family members to meet up with us outside in the cold for an hour. Room was dull and empty, there is so much space without any furniture, everything echoed throughput. shower was very impractical, no shelves or counter space. "

"The staff were courteous, professional, extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a bit rough around the edges although clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced...bed under the window in rm 119. The pool was sparkling and lovely. "
