Chris L. at the front desk went out of his way to help me keep my gear safe, and I felt like I could trust him and the hotel. I’ll definitely be booking here every time I’m in town. "Truly horrible experience. My key cards failed 4 separate times. I was told to not put them near my phone or they demagnetize….HUH? I travel at least a dozen times a year for work and have NEVER ONCE had this issue. I also travel with a lot of camera gear, so lugging it up the elevator or stairs only to lug it back down to the office was exhausting. Room was clean enough. It’s a budget hotel. I get it. But it’s severely outdated, the fridge didn’t get very cold and the shower head had a leak...
