"We were given a handicapped room (not requested). The shower leaked onto the floor and the handheld sprayer did not have a hook or adjustable rod to raise the shower head. We ended up not using the shower the second night. "

"The property is charming and love the art deco look of the lobby. The service was excellent and the light breakfast brought to the door was great. However, the property needs a little sprucing up. The hallway carpets were quite worn and look dirty. The room was fine, but the mattress was horrible. It is a metal spring mattress with a fairly thin top cover. It was like sleeping on cement. "Parking is a bit cramped, but there's also on street parking. We stayed in the downstairs room with two queen beds. Lovely set up on ground floor, but the shower, meant for handicap accessibility, did not fully drain, leaving the floor with inch-deep water. Very slippery even when most of the water was gone."

"For 200$ a night, no breakfast. There was a coffee maker with pods and sugar, no creamer, no stirrers. At checkout there was no one in the lobby, lobby was closed. I had to call a number posted on the door, and report that we were checking out"

Nice new property and my favorite room ever in a suite - HOWEVER we were there 6 days - NEVER HOUSE KEEPING - had to go to the front desk for towels, coffee - AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY !!! IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! "

"The hotel staff refused to allow stay do to a no-locals policy after arriving. The front desk staff were not helpful, and refused to allow me to speak with the manager. I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. Despite my he hotel staff claiming to request a refund through Expedia, Expdia had no evidence of the hotel staff requesting a refund. "Everything was in perfect working condition and new. The bed and pillows were horrible. I suffered two nights with little sleep. The pillows especially were just like not using anything at all, they flattened immediately and provided no support."
