The only real complaints were extremely small elevators and half of them were being used as freight ones for the remodeling work at the hotel; and the pool was insufficiently chlorinated—it wasn’t 15 ppm! My daughters are varsity swimmers and they know a chlorinated pool!"

"The steps leading to the lift is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Should find a solution to make it easier. Not to mention the area is so small and narrow. Becomes very congested during high traffic. "
