"We traveled with a family of four and stayed in the family room 703. Such a cute boutique hotel tha is centrally located. They offer free Tuktuk ride to near BTS station and near Iconsiam. Hotel offers complementary ice cream and drinks in the lobby. Staff there are so attentive and super nice. We love this place and kids ask to book this place everytime we are in town"

"Due to technical issues I was put in the sister hotel Aira for a night. The room in Aira was old and mouldy making a poor impression. Pipa is a new hotel with a nice pool and a good location, unfortunately first impressions count and the switch made me have a sour impression of the overall stay."
