"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

" Checked in at the wrong JB centre Fives Hotel, not aware that we booked one was Fives hotel Meldrum, do not know there r 3 Fives Hotel in JB, took a grab over to Jalan Meldrum n that is a very quiet place, have to walk very far to eatery n shopping centre, either Changi city or R n F mall"

"Many shops/eateries nearby. Rooms is reasonably spacious. Only complain is water temperature for shower cannot be adjusted."

"We stayed here in Mar & May 2024, both stays we were unable to watch CNA. We hope the mgt will look into this & resolve the issue soon."

"The rooms are spacious and we got lucky to have some room upgraded. The water heather and aircon might need some upgrade as we dont seem able to get very hot water for bathing and aircon is warm for 2 rooms"

"The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "

"Stay was good for 1 night. Check in details was given on the day via whats app. Perhaps they can improve the lift system as it’s sow to serve the crowds. "

"The services from the hotel were excellent. Nearby have lots of local foods as well as a supermarket and fast food joint. However, the downside is the hotel wifi is extremely bad."

"Location is convenient. Parking is easy cos right in front of the hotel. Bedding and toilets are acceptable clean. Check in is easy. This is my 2nd time stay."
