Friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary unlimited white coffee, tea and hot Milo. Spacious lobby and relaxing water decorations. Cute cat family and dogs outside. Convenient pool table next door as well as short walk to many eateries and affordable cinema. First room had bed bugs but hotel compensated for it. Hopefully they will get rid of them soon. We were given a nice new room. Beddings very comfortable but limited toiletries available. Overall satisfying.

It was a comfort stay. The receptionist & staffs were friendly and polite. I had received a warm welcome from them as everytime I entered the lobby. Im very happy with the room condition and it might look a small hotel business but the staffs were extraordinary. The location was strategic and convenient to buy some groceries as close to 7Eleven. I will go with this hotel if been to pasir gudang again.

Air kat sinki sumbat dan water heater tak berfungsi dengan baik(kurang panas).. Benda yg remeh mcm ni sepatutnya tidak harus berlaku di hotel bertaraf 3 bintang.. Pada In charge maintainece sila ambil tindakan dan perhatian. Jgn Tido.. pasal yg remeh mcm ni I sebagai pelanggan tidak akan book lagi dgn hotel ini..
