This was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Japan and the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient: located right above Yotsubashi Station, 7 min walk to Shinsaibashi, and a 12 min walk to Dotonburi. Staff was friendly and amenities were great.

The hotel is nice. Bigger than average rooms. Super close to Dotonbori and lots of restaurants ans stores. The hotel has a train station right next to it, but the main one for longer travels is 6 minutes away walking.

First time in Osaka, my husband and I really love the place. It was worth it! We were on the right area around shinsaibashi. Close to the Osaka Metro, transportation was really easy. A lot of shopping malls, 7/11, lawson. Dotonbori is walking distance too. Place was really clean, nice staff and they gave you fresh towels everyday! Thank you, once we will be back in Osaka definitely I’ll stay here again!

Very nice place!

I think it was an eco-friendly hotel (because you need to turn on the fridge when you use it) but we only stayed one night, so that in itself was probably not super eco-friendly. The staff were nice and helped give us directions. It’s pretty central to the famous touristy places. The room was super clean and spacious. It was very nice.

I’m giving 2* just because it’s in a great location and close to the train station. They dont clean rooms everyday, just every three days and the room has a vent in the ceiling that never stop throwing air very hard from nowhere. Staff offered me a tape and paper to stop it which I feel was a weird why to try to resolve the issue. My wife, who is pregnant, had to deal with that rough air during all the stay getting her respiratory issues. Will not stay there again if I return to Osaka.

The location is very convenient, 10 meters from the subway exit and 20 meters from the supermarket which opens 24 hours per day. Hotel offers microwave (only one), the only shortcoming I can say is it doesn’t have the laundry you have to walk 5 mins to a coin laundry

Non-smiling staff but great little place

If you make yourself ready that some of the staff at the front desk don’t smile, but still do their job as required, then our stay was great. Had a problem with the interior lock on the door initially not working correctly, but staff were very willing to come and resolve it. Fantastic location to 2 different metro lines, and shopping. Clean, quiet, great value for money.
