"The lack of staff for check in is disappointing. Waited around for 30 + minutes for a text to get my own room key, never received a text. when I asked when I’ll receive a confirmation for my room key from the self check in kiosk the staff ended up treating me in a negative manner. Supposedly it only should take 3-5min. $25/day to have access to a mini fridge in room, no microwave.
The counter with staff are blocked off for priority guests only and they even pay a staff to guard that line so...

"The staff was nice. Overall cleanses was good. I wanted to love it based on the pictures but I didn’t. 1 the walk from the self parking all the way to my room with 4 kids was INSANE!!! Nothing to he’ll haul our luggage to our room on top of the 92 degree weather. No mini fridge in the room?! Thank goodness I traveled with an ice chest. Pool closing at 6pm?!!!! In Vegas?!! In hot ass weather!??? On a Saturday?!!! My kids only had 20 minutes to play in the pool and were devastated after our 4 hour...

"I had zero wifi connections. I called tech support and nothing. Nothing was offered or to be upgraded. My room was dark, some of the lights didn’t work. House keeping didn’t come by and I left my room late morning.
I tried to rely on tv since I didn’t have my phone. Their cable system had like 10 channels"
