"Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil waren die vielen schmalen Treppen bis zu unserem Zimmer, da ich Probleme mit meinem Knie habe. Das Personal wusste dies jedoch vorher nicht. "Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"Perfect location if you need to stay near a tube station tons of shops unfortunately was a bit let down by the stay because when I checked in the bed that was assigned to me clearly still had not been turned over was given another bed and had left for the evening and when I returned someone was occupying it. "The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, cute, and a calm, family atmosphere. They let us drop our bags early, and the delicious prepaid breakfast is a great deal. The outdoor patio is great for a late night wind-down, and it’s across the street from a bus stop. Walkable to Wembley, and next door to peri peri chicken spots and a tesco convenience store.
