"do not judge a book by its cover as is in this case. situated on the freeway behind a pub we did not expect much and was very pleasantly surprised by the newness and cleanliness of the room. the downside is slow/weak internet and the bed isn’t as comfy. for short stays near footscray & sunshine where we needed to be we were very satisfied. "Cheap nights stay. Room is very clean but depending on how the other guests are the bathroom can be pretty bad. Either they aren't cleaned enough or other guests don't have the courtesy to leave the communal spaces tidy."

"J’ai passé plusieurs nuits dans une chambre de 6 lits (filles seulement). La chambre n’était pas trop petite, on avait des grands casiers pour y mettre nos affaires. Les salles de bain sont semi-privatives et ça c’est super cool. À chaque étage il y avait des pièces avec soit juste un toilette, soit juste une douche, soit les deux. À part que tout l’étage y a accès, tu as la pièce pour toi seul lorsque tu y es et ça ça change des salles de bain partagées. Tu peux avoir et changer ta service tous...

"The front desk staff was very helpful. However, there is no lift in the property and if you are travelling with large bags then forget it. There should be a cage available to store big luggage on the ground level."

Only think to be improved is that I wasnt in receipt of the code to get in when I arrived. I didnt have a sim card so couldnt phone. I went away and emailed Frank to get it and then went back. Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. "
