Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. The hotel was Good but not Excellent. "

"We had a pleasant stay. Only downside was that we booked the property because we wanted one with a pool. The pool was very very cold and we couldn’t stay in for more than 2 minutes because of this. We then decided we would go in the sauna to warm up and the sauna smelled as if the wood was actually burning. Too hot to even breathe in there so we swiftly exited. The steam room was much better in terms of temperature. The room was very clean apart from a brown coffee-like stain on the bedsheet....
