"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"The concierge team were very helpful with my enquiries and assisted in the repair of the periscope handle on my carry on case, much appreciated and many thanks. The room 822, has plumbing issues, the flush button on the toilet leaks as does the wash basin in the bathroom, which also needs a new plug. As well the air conditioning although cool is rather humid in the room."

"I am a repeat customer. The hotel facilities and the service have been excellent for my previous stay as well as for this recent stay. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is one of the reasons as to why I choose to come back time after time."

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "

"Great location, as it is located in Mid Valley City and has direct access to the shopping mall. Staffs of the hotel are great. However, a little more attention could be focused in housekeeping, as some items such as tissue boxes were not replenished during housekeeping. If not, I would highly recommend this property."
