"During our first night we couldn’t get normal television going in order to watch the playoff hockey game. Staff wasn’t able to help. When we got back on our second night there was no parking when we returned to the hotel at 11pm, and staff had us park in a no parking zone as the only alternative for the night. "I did not like the fact that our room was not in the high rise tower part. It was at the back of the property and our room had direct access to the parking lot. It was damp and cold because of rainy weather. Which brought spiders in the room. It was very noisy from the room above us to the other rooms around us.The staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean when we arrived but the next day when they cleaned there was still hair on the bathroom...
