"One of the elevators was down our entire week stay, which when other people lack etiquette, can be frustrating. But otherwise the staff were attentive and kind, from the valet to the bartenders to the front desk. We enjoyed being off the main strip with a decent view of the mountains and being an easy walk to everything. We used Kūhiō Food Hall a lot for a variety of meals and drinks for my partner and I. The theme/layout of the hotel is very midcentury modern/vintage vibes and we enjoyed a peaceful stay, even as kamaaina. "
