I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". I was so confused. I was never introduced to Nicole or told I had an agent....I texted the number and...
"Not only was I lied to about the type of property that I paid for “condo”. It was dirty when I got there. The building was falling apart and no one had answers. It was oh call this person call that person. I asked for my trip to be refunded and to no surprise I did not get a response. If you’re traveling I highly recommend you go straight to a chain place. "
