"Brandon was so helpful. My fiancé and I came to Hawaii for my birthday and this place made sure I felt like a Queen. We were here for 10 days and they didn’t disappoint. We were close to the beach and all of the restaurants and amenities. They left me a present in my room and helped with a surprise upgrade. I’m so happy that we stayed here and I will definitely be back!! "
"I did not know about the airport shuttle when I arrived, once at the hotel staff told me about the shuttle and in great detail of which I appreciate. The facilities were clean and tidy. Staff took care of my suitcases before my check in time which was very helpful."

We thought we'd booked the "Outrigger Resort" but turns out we were in the "Beachcomber" which funnily enough is NOT on the beach! Otherwise all good."
"Great hotel. This was my 2nd time staying at this location. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast options. My only complaint would be that only one elevator seems to be working to the 19th floor so it sometimes takes a while to get up or down to the ground level. Would stay here again "
