"Brandon was so helpful. My fiancé and I came to Hawaii for my birthday and this place made sure I felt like a Queen. We were here for 10 days and they didn’t disappoint. We were close to the beach and all of the restaurants and amenities. They left me a present in my room and helped with a surprise upgrade. "Great hotel. This was my 2nd time staying at this location. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast options. My only complaint would be that only one elevator seems to be working to the 19th floor so it sometimes takes a while to get up or down to the ground level. Would stay here again "
