"Great property for the price. Allowed us all to stay together instead of separate hotel rooms. Saved even more because of the included underground parking. The ac was effective at keeping a good temp. The only significant negative is the loudness of the road, if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. For the price and space, would rent again."

"Would like to update my previous front desk experience. Next morning I spoke with desk and manager came forward to address the fact no reservation had been made for shuttle to Canada Place. She apologized and made arrangements for a taxi to take us at hotel expense to the port. She explained that the clerk who received my early online check-in request was new and did nothing with it. I am very satisfied with the way the hotel handled my issue. The evening bar food meal was delicious. Killer French fries. The breakfast buffet was one of the most bountiful I think I have ever seen! Would stay there again!"

"Windsor Guest House was the perfect stay in Vancouver for my daughter and me. The room was comfortable and clean and the property was quiet and very pleasant . In the Morning we had a cooked to order breakfast as well as continental . The scrambled eggs were perfect . All was wonderful for our stay - thank you !!"

"I really loved staying here. The hotel is centrally located and so cute! Definitely a lot of vintage character here. You can’t beat free parking, either. I am from a big city, so I am used to the quirks of a downtown area, so removing my valuables from my car did not phase me. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and I greatly appreciated my check-in gift! Overall, I would stay here again and probably will make this my regular spot for visits to Vancouver."

"I just want to say thank you so much for everything I really loved this place the room was very clean the washroom it was completely cleaned the entire house was very nice great energy the hostess were very nice friendly and very nice and amazing communication.
