"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "The room is nice, price is good. But the swimming pool hours are not convenient as they open only from 11-7p so you cant check out City of Florence much if you want to use their pool. The room is nice but the view is not as good as all we see are the back of the other Bungalows. No internet in the room ( we stay at the new Bungalow areas). Dusty area in front of the cabin as they layer with small rocks. Its far from the bus stop ( about 11-13mins) and dangerous to walk to the bus stop as there...

"Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us "

"Wish we could have extended our stay here!! We only spent one night here and if I could re-plan my trip I would have spent at least another night (or longer if time allowed). The resort is amazing and the property is stunning! It offered amenities that we sadly didn’t have time to explore. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The food was local and tasted wonderful! The wine was fantastic! The pool was beautiful (and cold but this was welcome on a hot day!). My only criticism is that check out was a bit early, at 10am. I don’t think 10am is that early but in our case we didn’t check in until 7:30pm the night before so it would have been nice to have a bit more time. In saying that, we were allowed to use the pool after check out, so this was a bonus! The staff were so friendly and they really made you feel welcome. "

"The most beautiful and magical place on earth. We video called every family member back home in Canada while at the hotel to show them the grounds. The hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the pools, to the gardens, doves, chicken, tennis courts, the walking paths and even an equestrian center. I am so sad that we did not have more time to spend there. 100+ recommend this property. My husband and I went for a before dinner drinks and the waiter brought us bread and oil and picked us fresh strawberries from the garden. Absolutely in love with this place and no hotel along our journey if Italy has compared. "

"My fiancé and I decided to stay here for our Italy trip. We were absolutely blown away by this bed and breakfast. Not only was the place beautiful, but the family running it were amazing, very welcoming and accommodating! We so wish that could've stayed longer... This was the best part of our trip. Food was absolutely the best and they make their own olive oil. Please stay here and enjoy!"
