"We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Old Mill. Helen, our check-in host, was friendly and helpful, accommodating our room requests without any fuss — though we did notice it was quite uncomfortable at the front desk during the heatwave, and would suggest management consider providing a fan for that area. The room itself was a good size and, although it lacked air conditioning, the provided electric fans made things very manageable. Breakfast was excellent and served by another friendly...

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly."

"市街中心部にあり、眺めもいい部屋だった。しかし部屋に入ってみるとエアコンが故障していた。仕方なく扇風機で暑さをしのいだが、ホリディインという有名ホテルでエアコンが故障している部屋を客に案内したことは理解できない。シャワー、トイレ、洗面台の水回り設備は給水排水とも問題なかったがエアコンが故障している為かシャワーの後、バスルームに蒸気がこもってしまった。部屋は清潔だったがエアコン故障の部屋を案内されたことは不満に思う。"

"We had a really lovely stay at Chesford Grange. The hotel itself has a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was a great place to relax. The only downside was the spa facilities, which felt quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The steps up to the rooms are quite steep. Room 21 was very small; it is much smaller than any room we’ve stayed in before. Managing two large suitcases required strategic piecemeal unpacking and repacking. The twin beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent."
