I didn't actually have bfst so can't comment but didn't have that option. Overall, good friendly staff, comfortable and well spaced rooms. Main criticism hence not 5 stars - v poor WiFi for the room (132) I was in.

Stayed in the hotel after dropping our son off at the university. In that respect a very convenient location. The room was pleasant with a view out on a grassy area. Everything was clean and tidy. The restaurant has a very cafeteria feel with matching noise levels. So we ate a very pleasant light meal in the bar area. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, but quite large for a light snack. Slept well in a comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Again the noisy room had us slipping away to a quiet spot in the bar area. We will definitely stay again.

Convenient stay

I needed a place with free parking near my daughter's uni for her graduation ceremony. Couldn't have found closer! This was actually on the campus. I slept like a log (which is unlike me in hotels). Everyone was friendly and the food was nice.

Excellent stay..

I had a one night stay on business and i have to say that room i had was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and massively comfortable. Cant find fault. Even had a little patio. Only downside was the breakfast....it was dreadful which was a shame because everything else was spot on...chef letting the side down.

Another great stay!

We stay here frequently as it's so convenient to see our Son in Warwick University. It's a big place, plenty of seating areas, breakfast is really good too. We ate in the Restaurant this time, 3 course set price meal, it was very tasty. We have booked to stay again.

Look, you are probably staying here because you are attending a conference at University of Warwick, visiting your kid who goes to said university or some.variation on the theme And, if so, this is a clean, tidy hotel right in the thick of the action,where you can stay in a room similar to a Premier Inn for, well。about the same price as a Premier Inn. If thats good enough, ( and it was for me) seems like a good , safe choice.
