Superb room, warm, clean, fun smart decor. Comfy beds with toppers. Lashings of hot water. Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you! "

"I nearly cancelled my stay after reading the reviews but I found them totally unfounded
My room was large had a comfy chair a desk would of been nice but bedside table moved so utilised that
Adequate choice of dinner choices friendly bar/wait staff
Check in was quick staff very polite provided extra tea bags when requested
Would definately stay again when overnighting for business as a woman single traveller I felt very safe"
