Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

However the full cost was still taken by hotels.com Either the host is in the wrong or hotels.com is, but either way I was left with no accommodation and a £200 bill for literally nothing. Do not book. Absolute scam."

The shared fridge was aIso pretty fuII and I don't enjoy having to keep the food we brought in the car....I'd have a thought a smaII fridge in each room wouIdn't have put them out too much. That apart, it is a Pieasant enough...
