BUT everything did go down hill when we discovered that whoever cleaned our room or stocked the fridge went through my boyfriend’s wallet, that we hid btw in a bag, and stole 100 dollars from us. "Nice but aged property. Ordered food is good. Buffet is average. I don't write reviews but giving them a 2 star because of their business model. They are part of the "Palace" resorts and push memberships when you arrive and throughout your stay. Memberships= Timeshare. 80% of all chairs by the pool were reserved for Platinum "members". We had a total of 6 rooms including a governors suite. I had to go down at 7 AM and put personal items on second rate chairs by the pool or nothing would be...

"Our swim up suite was really nice. Having our own place to relax was what we really wanted. Our suite was on the corner and a short walk to the beach. Jazmin and Martha at the spa were amazing. "I have to say this was a great overall trip. I really loved the resort and all the restaurants that were in the resort. Everyone was so kind and polite and helped a lot with any questions and concerns that I had. The only very small issue I had was with the AC in my room, not working efficiently, but towards the end of the trip, it actually began working so overall I really can’t complain. I really loved the experience."
