"Amazing resort! Perfect location. Wonderful staff. Great for a whole family experience (we have teens). Good mix of all ages and enough pools, places, and spaces for everyone to spread out. My only gripe was getting to the pools so early to get deck loungers, it was like hunger games out there. Other than that small thing, a magical experience from start to finish."

"Felt like a sales target and less as a guest. Great property but could do without the sales push at every step and turn. Sales desks positioned at the elevator strategically to harass the guests into memberships. Loved the property, food and value. Hated the relentless sales pressure "

"I enjoyed Mayan Monkey! It was close to a lot of the fun activities and nightlife. The view of the ocean didn’t look so good because of the construction, and my room 206 (co-bedroom) was never cleaned and I was there for 4 nights and five days. However the staff were wonderful, professional and super sweet! Their food and happy hour was awesome. I’ll be back!"

Did not sleep well at all. Very disappointed with the noise. "

"Beachfront was amazing and the palapas . The food options were good. The pool is small, so arrive really early to get your spot. The hotel renovating next door made our section really noisy. I understand the work has to be done, waking up and hearing it at 1:30am was a downside."
