"For a four star hotel the least they could do is have streaming shows on the TV. Water machine on 12th floor wasn’t working and was dirty. Also they charge a small fee to hold your bags. It wasn’t all bad like the bathrooms was decent just not the experience I expect at a 4 star restaurant. Won’t be returning"

"Room was great. Close to everything, walking distance to Wall Street, 9/11 museum/memorial, and the subway. My only issue was someone was smoking cigarettes in the room next to us and the smell was horrible. I tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever picked up. I ended up going down to let them know and by the last day of our 4 days there it was more manageable or I got used to it. "

"I had to move from my original room because the heater wasn't working. In the second room, the wifi didn't work, and the toilet pipes emitted a loud noise every 30 minutes. Additionally, coffee was advertised as included with the $30-a-night amenities fee at the front desk, but I was still charged separately. This was confusing. Despite these issues, all the staff were incredibly kind. The problems I experienced were operational and structural, not related to the staff."
