"I had booked into the Nu Hotel and had a very unsatisfactory night there. I changed for a further 3 nights to the Hilton and it was a world of difference. Professional staff, clean rooms, the aircon worked perfectly and it was in a prime and central location. As a single lady traveller, I felt perfectly safe there. The buffet breakfast was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to future travellers."

"This is a lovely and clean hotel with wonderful staff. The only place that they need improvement is in breakfast, they really need to label the foods and those with religious or dietary issues or even vegans/ vegetarians will have a hard time eating here. Lots of cross contamination as meat and eggs are put together and spoons tongs are mixed. "The outstanding features of the hotel are the staff and location. The hotel itself was good plus. There are minor things, such as the lounge furniture suffering from white glove neglect and the window seals (at least in our room) allowing cold air in and resulting in an annoying draft. "

It’s all in the little things; for example, they provided water every day after room cleaning, Nespresso pods in the room, and umbrellas if it was supposed to rain that day.
