"I was only there for one night for the Knicks parade, but it was a fantastic stay. The room was clean and spacious. I had the superior room with the sofa bed and it came in handy. The staff was really really nice very accommodating especially with how hectic all the check-ins were. I would definitely stay there again"

"Quite outdated property in need of updates. There are no USB chargers in the room, though one charging pad has been provided. Our room looked out at eye level to a rooftop and on that rooftop was an odd collection of plants, plant containers, and various items yet clearly not an actual herb garden for the kitchen. There is no room service which we overlooked when booking but one can order online and pick up items on the lobby level. The staff were all very friendly and helpful however which...
