"Spent 8 nights at rhe Royal Park Canvas in Osaka Kitahama area ans had a great experience. The hotel was easy to get to with multiple metro entrances nearby but is far enough away from the really big crowds of people. It's also situated near the river/water so it makes for a nice evening walk. There are lots of cafes, restaurants ans convenience stores nearby as well so lots of options. It's also roughly a 20-30 min walk to Osaka castle and only a 15 min train ride to Dontonburi. Front desk...

"Room is very tiny, it is difficult to move around when you have 2 persons in the room, room is actually meant for 1 person. Hardly any space to walk and manoeuvre. You need to climb over your partner to get down from the bed. Near to Dotonbori, but you need to know which way to walk if you are new to this area. Around 20 minutes walk to the subway, not advisable if you have big luggage. Staff hardly understand English and will not be able communicate in English well - it is like chicken...

"I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."
